Drop-Cap Calendar

Printed calendars are not used as much as they once were. I wanted to play with this idea by creating a calendar that was more of an art piece for the wall than functional calendar.I illustrated the first letter of each month using watercolors, keeping the rest of the information on the page very minimal. It is printed on watercolor paper and displayed with a wooden hanger.
This piece was exhibited in the 80th Annual Student Art Show at Ball State University; juried by Red Nose Studio.
